Fill a 20 L bucket with water, then slowly sprinkle the kelp powder in - stirring continuously. A paint stirrer works very well for this. We recommend that you dissolve no more than 500 g of kelp powder in a 20 L bucket to avoid clumping. Mix well for a few minutes until fully dissolved.
