SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We accept orders for domestic shipping within Australia only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver any orders internationally.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Some orders may require "Signature on Delivery". If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card to arrange pick up or another delivery time within 7 business days.
SHIPMENT TO BUSINESS/PO BOX ADDRESSES
We prefer physical addresses where possible, otherwise PO Boxes may be utilised.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been confirmed and is ready for shipping, we will send you an email of the tracking details for your order.
